Complaints, returns and disclaimer
Trades with OS are covered by a 24-month warranty on manufacturing and material defects identified during the normal use of the good pursuant to the Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain does not cover defects or damages that were directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor/inadequate maintenance, violence or unauthorized modifications.
This means that basically, the good will be repaired or replaced and you will get a refund or price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and the defect must not be caused by incorrect use of the good or other injurious behaviour.
OS must not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses as a result of the fact that the ordered goods will arrive late to the Buyer or if the ordered goods have defects, if the delays or defects are due to Buyer’s handling or omission or circumstances considered to be beyond OS’s control.
The Buyer must complain within “reasonable time” after the defect has been identified. The complaint will be considered to be timely received provided this is submitted within 1 month after the defect has been identified.
In case a complaint is approved, the good must be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement, credited. In case of complaints, OS will pay the shipping costs to a reasonable extent. The Buyer shall pay the return costs in the first place.
If defects, errors are discovered or in case of missed deliveries, please contact us at email@example.com:
Returning of goods will take place to this address:
Please note that OS will not accept packages sent through COD.
Remember that the good must always be returned in proper packaging. Always attach a copy of the receipt for shipment. In this way, we will be able to refund your shipping costs.
For a quick and easy shipping, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to describe the defect/error as detailed as possible.
